My path into this work was shaped by lived experience.

Becoming a Mother and navigating solo parenthood, revealed how deeply Women have been conditioned to disconnect from themselves in order to meet external expectations. I experienced first hand the identity shifts, nervous system strain, financial hardship, and emotional recalibration that often goes unspoken in todays world.
